Muqeem Arrival Registration
If you are a foreign national and are willing to come to Saudi Arabia, you will need to complete a Muqeem registration.
The Saudi Arabia Arrival Registration is an electronic travel authorization mandatory for all foreign citizens and Saudi residents coming to the country. It is not a visa and is required for everyone, no matter what their visa type is (visit visa, tourist visa, or business visa), if any.
It was implemented by Saudi government because of the Covid-19 pandemics to make sure that visitors traveling to the country are safe and don’t put under threat health and life of other people in Saudi Arabia.
All vaccinated and non-vaccinated individuals must register for the Muqeem Arrival form within 72 hours of the arrival date.
There are such types of Muqeem Arrival Registration: for vaccinated visitors, non-vaccinated visitors, medical visitors, vaccinated residents, non-vaccinated residents, and domestic laborers arriving with a Saudi citizen.
The application process is easy to complete. An applicant must fill out the registration form entering some information like name, passport number, travel and flight details, health information, etc. It’s also necessary to upload the required documents and cover the fee.
After a successful application, you will be sent a PDF document. Airport officials will check it to decide if to let you come to the country.
In this article, we will explain in more detail how and when to register it and what is required to complete the form. Keep reading to learn more!

Who needs to complete the Saudi Arabia Muqeem Registration
The Saudi Arabia Muqeem Registration is necessary for all foreign travellers and Saudi residents who intend to enter Saudi Arabia.
The KSA Arrival Registration is obligatory regardless of the vaccination status of the applicant. However, vaccination status establishes the registration type and a set of required documents.
Underage travellers don’t need a separate arrival registration. Instead, their parents or legal guardians are responsible for listing minors as their dependents and providing information for them.
